Export products, otherwise known as Heat Treated Products, have been manufactured and treated to meet the standards of international export.

Townsville Pallet & Crate Manufacturers are certified by Aus-Qual, and fully comply with the Australian Wood Packaging Certification Scheme (AWPCS). Townsville Pallet & Crate Manufacturers meet the standards which allow us to Heat Treat and Stamp products with an ISPM15 stamp so the product complies with international export standards, ensuring your product has no problems with customs.

Whether you’re using one pallet, 100 pallets, crates, boxes or timbers for export, Townsville Pallet & Crate Manufacturers take the burden of complying with export requirements out of your hands. We will Heat Treat and Stamp your product and supply you with a certificate for hassle free export.

Crates

Our custom made crates & boxes for our Townsville, Cairns, Mackay & Mt Isa customers are designed to get to their destination in tact while protecting their contents & are suitable for import/export.

Skids

Our skids are suitable for the transportation of sheetmetal, glass and timber products and can be made in any size from 300mm to 10,000mm right here at our Townsville plant.

Dunnage

Whether for long distance freight or local transport our Dunnage products are designed to your specifications and help our clients with a total timber packaging solution.

Our products include but are not limited to pallets, crates, boxes, skids, dunnage, gluts and wedges. We can also heat treat and certify your own timber products for export if you so require.
